Karpis brings interesting insights to this vintage documentary, describing his experiences during a 25-year residence on Alcatraz, the longest term spent by any inmate incarcerated on “The Rock.”

Former Officer and Captain of the Guards Larry O’Brien discusses his many experiences as a correctional officer at Alcatraz, and provides commentary on the famous escape in 1946. This documentary focuses primarily on the experiences and perspectives of these two Alcatraz alumni.
